INSURANCE & PAYMENT OPTIONS
-Our office welcomes most dental insurances and Medicaid. Our insurance and finance coordinator will be happy to assist you in determining what type of benefits are available to you through your insurance plan. Payment arrangements for account balances are due at the time services are rendered, so please bring your insurance card with you to your first visit.
-For self pay patients, our office offers 15% Off our standard service fees when paying with cash, debit, or any major credit cards.
-You can also speak with our office administrator about flexible payment options through Lending USA or Care Credit. Allowing you to make low monthly payments on major dental services. We are happy to help you apply!
